His words come with the rain

gentle songs, soothing phrases.

I love you mama he sends

with each and every sky he changes.

Like the rivers wild and untamed

he runs through my blood living, breathing,

whole and unnamed.

His thoughts reach me with the help of the trees

soft winds and peaceful breezes.

Thank you mama he sends

with the colorful leaves

of the beautiful oaks he teases.

Like the mountains vast and unending,

he prays to be forever strong

sharing, giving and only as a warrior can

always caring.

His tenderness is felt through a tremble

precious noise, magnificent rumble.

Bless you mama he sends through a storm, yet his spirit is so humble.

Like the clouds with lightning and joy,

He shows himself and says,

"Mama, I am your Thunder Boy!"
