Arts Alive! is a program which brings practicing and performing artists into the classroom for children to gain first-hand exposure and knowledge of the arts. Arts Alive! emphasizes local artists, encompassing the Visual Arts, Music, and Theater, but has also brought nationally prominent artists to local schools. Its most recent effort was a collaborative drama production titled Coyote Tales, five Native American stories brought to life by local artists, musicians, and children.
