Jennifer always enjoyed painting, drawing, and sculpting as a child. She was encouraged to develop her artistic skills by her parents and teachers. She is an Art Enthusiast! Jennifer has special interest in wildflowers and other close-up still lifes, and enjoys painting portraits of children. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Biola University and has taken various courses including Live Figure Drawing, Oils and Watercolors. Jennifer has published one children's book with illustrations which she hopes is the first of many. She is delighted to work as a resident artist in the Round Valley schools.

Jennifer is one of the outstanding teachers at the Eel River Charter School. She has recently moved back to Covelo, her hometown, with her husband Bill and their two beautiful daughters Hannah and Theresa.

Jennifer has shared many fun, creative ideas and techniques with her students and continues to be an enthusiastic spark in our young artistic community
